Hearing God in A Noisy World

Hearing God in A Noisy World

Theme: Intimacy & Prophetic Sensitivity

We live in a generation filled with voices—social media, opinions, pressure, and fear. Yet the most important voice a believer must hear is the voice of God.

Jesus said, “My sheep hear My voice.”
This means hearing God is not a gift for a few—it is a birthright for all believers.

GOD IS STILL SPEAKING

God speaks through:

  • His Word

  • The Holy Spirit

  • Godly counsel

  • Inner witness

The problem is not silence from heaven but distraction on earth.

Amos 8:11 – “A famine… of hearing the words of the Lord.”

NOISE BLOCKS SPIRITUAL CLARITY

Noise can be:

  • Sin

  • Fear

  • Disobedience

  • Overexposure to worldly influences

Truth:
You cannot hear God clearly while living carelessly.

KEYS TO HEARING GOD CLEARLY

  • Intimacy – Prayer creates sensitivity

  • Word Foundation – God will never contradict His Word

  • Obedience – God speaks more to those who obey

Psalm 25:14 – “The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him.”

HEARING GOD CHANGES DIRECTION

One word from God can:

  • Save years of struggle

  • Prevent destruction

  • Unlock divine alignment

God desires relationship, not confusion.
When you hear God, you walk confidently.

Prophetic Declaration:
“My ears are open. My spirit is sensitive. I hear God clearly and follow Him.”
