Theme: Holy Spirit Empowerment
Christianity is not a powerless religion.
Jesus never intended believers to struggle through life without divine empowerment.
He said, “You shall receive power.”
SALVATION IS THE STARTING POINT
Many are saved but not empowered.
Salvation brings new life; the Holy Spirit brings power to live it out.
Romans 8:11 – “The Spirit… gives life.”
THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GOD’S GIFT TO BELIEVERS
The Holy Spirit:
-
Empowers
-
Teaches
-
Convicts
-
Strengthens
You cannot live a holy life in human strength.
EVIDENCE OF A TRANSFORMED LIFE
-
Boldness in faith
-
Victory over sin
-
Love and spiritual fruit
-
Hunger for God
Galatians 5:22–23
WALKING DAILY IN THE POWER OF THE SPIRIT
Power flows through:

-

-
Obedience
The same Spirit that raised Christ lives in you.
